How to hang pictures yourself?

Measure the mid point of your frame

Measure the length between the wire and the top of the frame
3
Hold the frame against the wall, and mark the top mid point of the frame on the wall
4
Substrate the top position of the wire, mark an "X" on the wall
5
Hold the hanging hook on the wall, then, position the actual J hook onto "X". Slowly hammer all the pins into the wall
6
Hang the wire onto the J hook. Enjoy!!

Best Practices for Hanging Pictures
- Wear eye protection and gloves and take appropriate safety precautions when installing picture hanging hardware.
- Be especially cautious and careful when hanging pictures over a bed, over expensive furniture, in a children's room, or in any location where a person could be injured or valuable property damaged should a picture fall.
- Be aware that the condition and age of your walls and/or improper installation technique can greatly diminish the holding power of even the best picture hanging hardware.
- When in doubt, use a heavier hanger, hook, wire, or consult a professional hanging technician.
